    Title: 遠距離備援機房設置與綠化之研究

    Abstract: 在經歷9/11事件之後，美國證管會(SEC)以強化金融體系的安全性為由，發表了白皮書，建議金融機構的電腦主機房與備援機房應保持200~300英里（約320~480公里）的安全距離，此舉引起廣泛的迴響與討論。由於備援機房之設備通常為閒置狀態，但所消耗的能源卻無可避免，因此引發另一個近來來被熱烈討論的綠能機房問題。本研究主要分三個議題，首先是設置遠距離備援機房設置，接著是討論如何在不影響原有系統穩定性的情況下，再加上機房綠化的考量，最後討論如何才能縮短災難復原的時間。
