Abstract:	染色工程中胚布在大量染色前會經過多次小樣品的對色下染，而染小樣前會先將分散性染料充分溶解於水中，調製成染料染液後才會依配方需求來抽取染液，本研究目的是為了瞭解各濃度下的染料染液經放置數天後，對於染色再現性的影響，利用雷射粒徑分析儀測量染液粒子大小經放置天數的改變，及UV光譜分析儀測量染液的吸光度值的變化，再經過電腦分光儀的判讀，找出找出色光的變化曲線，可使調製的染液在一定的再現性中繼續使用，盡可能減少在染小樣品時一些不必要的成本與人力資源的損耗。 Dyeing cloth on the project will go through several small samples of a large number of colored dye before dyeing , but will first disperse dye before dyeing sample fully dissolved in water , according to the recipe needs only to extract the dye to prepare a dye after dye liquid purpose of this study is to understand the dye concentration of each dye by placing a few days later , the stain resistance of reproduction using a laser particle size analyzer to measure the particle size by placing the dye to change the number of days , and UV spectroscopy changes in absorbance values measured dye , and then through the computer spectrometer interpretation , to find the curve to find shade , allows modulation of the dye in certain reproducibility in minimize unnecessary costs and loss of human resources at a small sample of some dye .
