    Abstract: 銀行業競爭日益劇烈,正為傳統金融業帶來巨大的改變,面對各項業務朝「數位化」轉型,未來銀行「分行」會消失,裁員的聲浪及銀行員轉型,將造成銀行業之金融從業人員的壓力。本研究以本國銀行業金融從業人員為研究對象,採便利抽樣問卷方式邀約及發布,回收有效問卷共320份,實證分析結果,包括:
    一、人力資源管理實務對員工幸福感具顯著正向影響
    二、人力資源管理實務對情緒耗竭具顯著負向影響
    三、人力資源管理實務對留任意願具顯著正向影響
    四、員工幸福感對人力資源管理實務與留任意願的關係之間具有中介效果
    五、情緒耗竭對人力資源管理實務與留任意願的關係之間具有中介效果
    Banking industry is becoming increasingly competitive. Traditional Banking business is undergoing a comprehensive transformation. While banking business goes digital, physical branch is to disappear, which rounds out a wave of layoffs urging banking workforce to transform and posing pressure to financial professionals. This study targets at financial professionals serving in domestic banking industry to which questionnaires were distributed using method of convenience sampling. 320 valid respondents were collected with conclusions of empirical analysis set forth below:

    1. Human Resource Management has significantly positive influences on Employee Happiness.
    2. Human Resource Management has significant negative influences on Employee Emotional Exhaustion.
    3. Human Resource Management has significantly positive influences on Intention to Stay.
    4. Employee Happiness partially mediating the relationship between Human Resource Management and Intention to Stay.
    5. Emotional Exhaustion partially mediating the relationship between Human Resource Management and Intention to Stay.
