全球近年來在蘋果公司(Apple Inc.)的引領下,透過iPhone 及iPad 的發明,加上Android 系統的發展,改變人們許多生活模式。行動載具,已成為人們生活中不可缺的一環。而在人手一機的年代,行動學習的需求與應用,也因應而生。美國ASTD在近二年年會中,陸續發表有關行動學習的趨勢及Bits Learning 的概念。
在這個趨勢潮流下,國內行動學習的相關廠商雖也己提供好相關配套與服務。然而,國內企業的應用狀況卻仍未形成風潮。是以推測新的學習平台與模式的導入,對企業內部必然產生相當的影響。而過往的研究,多著墨在行動商務的運用或生活上的改變,或行動學習在旅遊、導覽上的應用研究。故本研究旨利用Leavitt的鑽石模式,包含:(1)任務、(2)人力、(3)組織、(4)技術這四個構面上,並透過紮根理論的研究方法,歸納國內行動學習相關廠商、學者與使用者的意見,探討並找出企業導入行動學習的關成功因素。若能確認行動學習的導入成功因素,便能提供企業導入行動學習應用之參考,俾利未來企業人力素質的提升。
In recent years, Apple changes people’s lifestyle by the leading technology, iPhone and iPad, and so does Android. Mobile devices have become an indispensable part of life.
In this era that everyone has a mobile, the demand and applications of mobile learning arise as require. In nearly two years of annual meeting, ASTD announce the Bits Learning Concepts related to the trend of mobile learning. Domestic providers of mobile learning have prepared related packages and services in the trend. However, the applications are not popular to domestic enterprises.
I can be assumed that the new learning platform and style might impact the present learning system in the enterprise. In the past researches, they focus on the uses or the life style changes of ecommerce, or the uses of traveling and touring. The research would investigate the factors of importing the mobile learning to the enterprise successfully by using Leavitt's Diamond Model, which contains (1)Task, (2)people, (3)Structure and (4)Technology, and sums up the opinions of domestic providers, scholars and users based on the Grounded Theory. If the factors can be summarized, enterprises can refer to import the mobile learning. It can help enterprises to enhance the employs abilities in the future.
