本研究希望探討企業組織在建置與管理軟體測試部門時,透過教育訓練或工作中訓練來提昇專業能力,透過工作內容來訂定工作績效時,軟體測試專業能力與工作績效間相關性與離職傾向之間的關聯性。也希望能進一步探討此狀態下員工的情緒耗竭現象,試圖找出調解員工情緒的方法,並藉此提供企業有效的人力運用與培養計畫。因本次所研究的母群體的特性,抽樣方法將採用滾雪球式抽樣,如此較能有效地將問卷擴散到正確的研究對象。
This study would like to explore the relationship among professional competence, job performance and turnover when companies build up software testing departments to enhance their professional capacity through the on-job training, job performance set by the content of the work. At the same time, the study would like to explore the emotional exhaustion, to find out the way to mediation employees emotions. It would offer the proper and useful human resource management and training program. According to the parent group identity in the research, snowball sampling method would be the sampling method, and it would make the right target to get the questionnaire effectively. The questionnaire of the research is delivered to software test engineers via internet.
