本研究關注的重點在於台灣動畫公司借鏡全球數位內容之發展策略,在地思考台灣數位內容之競爭資源基礎與相對優勢,並借用資源基礎理論的觀點,將各產業相關的供應鏈、產業鏈的界線打破,以跨產業、跨領域觀念,找出不同合作對象跟方法。研究以深度訪談為主進行研究。對象以分為資金需求方與投資方對於資金供需不同角度來進行資金募集的關鍵因素探討。深度訪談對象分類為動畫影音製作公司、動畫公司、專案補助計劃辦公室、數位內容智財管理投資公司。研究結果顯示,對於公司內部活動:事業的前景性、產品的創新性、經營團隊成員,在製作的技術性、獨特性。外部現實的關鍵因素:市場地位、產品認同、具備銷售通路優勢等公司內部關鍵技術、外部市場條件、公司財務運轉和資金募集有正向的影響。本研究討論理論及實務上之意涵,並對未來研究提出建議。
The focus of this study concern Taiwanese animation company to learn from the development strategy of global digital content, the thought of the competitive resource and comparative advantage of Taiwan local digital content, and refer to the view of basic resource theory of the various industries related to the supply chain, to break the boundaries of the industrial chain, through the cross-industry and cross-cutting ideas to find different partnership and methodology. The research is base on Integrity interview based, the study of targeting interviewer split into demand side and supply side for the demand of funds with different angles of view. The interview subjects classified as video animation production companies, animation companies, the digital content project based subsidy program office, intellectual property management investment company. The results show, for internal activities: prospects, innovative products, build up the management team in the production of technical and uniqueness. The reality of key factor in external activities: the market position, product identification, sales channels advantage and key technology in the market, positive impact of the company's financial operations and fund-raising. The research and discussion is base on the theoretical and practical implications with recommendations for future research.
