| 摘要: | 本研究透過臺北市女警飲食行為、身體意象與工作績效間關係之研究，了解並分析女警們對飲食行為、身體意象與工作績效之間關係的看法，以協助臺北市女警對工作績效之提升。本研究架構以女警個人家庭背景變項為自變項，飲食行為和身體意象為中介變項，工作績效為依變項；在研究工具方面，以研究者參考相關量表「個人及家庭基本資料」、「臺北市女警之飲食行為量表」、「臺北市女警之身體意象量表」以及「臺北市女警之工作績效量表」為之；在研究對象方面，本研究以滾雪球法進行抽樣，並依照臺北市十二個行政區之警察分局為取樣機構，每一行政區的分局各別發出問卷40份，合計480份，回收456份，經整理後共得有效問卷437份，樣本回收率為91.07%。問卷分析以SPSS 22.0版為之，統計方法採平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較、皮爾森積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等進行比較研究。
本研究結果發現:「飲食行為」與「身體意象」、「飲食行為」與「工作績效」以及 「工作績效」與「身體意象」均具有中度的相關性。「工作績效」與「教育程度」、「工作績效」與「年齡」、「工作績效」與「任職年資」、「身體意象」與「教育程度」、「身體意象」與「任職年資」這幾個構念間均具有顯著且低程度的相關。「飲食行為」與「教育程度」則具有中程度的顯著相關。迴歸分析之結果顯示，臺北市女警飲食行為與飲食行為與身體意象能預測工作績效 。
本研究建議警政單位能夠強化職場環境，以改善女警工作相關之權益，進而提高工作績效，提升女性警務人員的學歷，促使提高整體警務人員的素質。並不定期的舉辦女性員警的健康諮詢，讓女性員警提升本身的身體意象及飲食行為，達到促使其身心健康之發展，以提升其工作品質。
The research was designed to study dietary behavior through Taipei City policewoman, the relationship between body image and job performance, to understand and analyze the perception of dietary behavior, the relationship between body image and work performance of policewoman force to assist women in Taipei enhance the performance of police work. Questionnaire analysis SPSS version 22.0 to analysis, statistical methods adopted mean, standard deviation, t test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe post hoc comparisons, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise regression analysis were compared.
The research found that under : "Job performance" and "education", "job performance" and "Age", "job performance" and "tenure seniority", "body image" and "education", "body image" and "tenure seniority" these between two constructs have significant and low degree of correlation. "Dietary behavior" and "education" is having a significant degree of correlation. Results of regression analysis showed that Taipei policewoman dietary behavior and body image and dietary behaviors can predict job performance.
The present research suggests that police units to strengthen workplace environment in order to improve the work-related rights and interests of the policewoman, and thus improve performance, enhance education of women police officers, prompting improve the overall quality of police officers. And occasional female police conducted health consultation, so that women police to enhance body image and dietary behavior itself, to promote the development of their physical and mental health, to improve the quality of their work. |
