摘要: | 隨著我國學校休閒運動及競技體育快速發展,發生運動傷害的比率也大幅上升,運動傷害防護室已成為運動員及學校師生在從事訓練、休閒運動與競賽時,傷害預防及處理的重要地點。而國內外對於運動傷害防護室所配備的器材、人員配置、運作動線、經費運用及經營管理模式等無明確的規範,各校皆有各自的模式,經由收集、分析、彙整資料,了解美國五所大學、臺灣四所大學與國家運動訓練中心所設置之運動傷害防護室的現況,據以提出運動傷害防護室經營管理模式。目的:研究目的旨在探討臺灣四所大學與國家運動訓練中心及美國五所大學之運動傷害防護室的經營管理,並至所挑選之國內運動傷害防護室進行參訪,將各校(中心)經營模式詳細列出,對於未來所要設置運動傷害防護室之學校給予參考。方法:本研究以國立體育大學、台北市立大學、國立臺灣體育運動大學、長榮大學及國家運動訓練中心為主要研究對象,迦太基學院(Carthage college)、佛羅里達州立大學(Florida State University)、賓夕凡尼亞州立大學(Pennsylvania State University)、德州農工大學(Texas A&M University)與愛達荷大學(University of Idaho)等為輔做參考資料,藉由個案分析、質性分析與SWOT分析結果做為未來所要設置運動傷害防護室之學校作參考。結果:各校運動傷害防護室之硬體設備、區域規劃及動線,雖然因學校給予的經費、校內可用運動傷害防護室之空間及其他如人事、環境等因素而有所不同,但是各校在運動傷害防護室之硬體設備上卻有相似之處。結論:為了讓學校運動員的運動生涯能走得更長久,各校所設置儀器設備、耗材用品、區域規劃及人員配置等,都能應對擔負起運動員傷害之預防、保護、處理及治療,而運動傷害防護室也成為教育運動傷害防護員(生)的重要單位。在體育署持續推動運動傷害防護員巡迴計畫下,許多學校也逐漸的重視運動傷害防護室之重要性,些許學校也開始規劃設置運動傷害防護室,希望本研究能給予需設置運動傷害防護室之學校有所幫助。
The rapid development of recreations and sports in Taiwan universities lead to more sport injuries than before. So, the athletic training room has become the most important platform for processing and preventing sport injuries in the university. However, every athletic training room has its own operating model for equipments, staff, traffic flow and the management of funds. This research collects different athletic training room models of five universities in the United States, four universities and National Sports Training Center in Taiwan. Then, we analyze and aggregate these data, trying to figure out the operating models of different athletic training rooms. Objective: The research is going to discuss the operating models of athletic training room of five universities in the United States, four universities and National Sports Training Center in Taiwan. Moreover, the operating models are listed in detail after visiting athletic training rooms in four universities of Taiwan, to get running models for other universities those are going to run an athletic training room.Method: The main research objects recruited are National Taiwan Sport University, University of Taipei, National Taiwan University of Sport, Chang Jung Christian University and National Sport Training Center in Taiwan. Data collected from Carthage College, Florida State University, Pennsylvania State University, Texas A&M University and University of Idaho in the United States are used as the supplements of this research. The results of individual cases study, qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis will be the reference for further athletic training room setting. Result: Even though every athletic training room of universities differs from each other in funding, equipment, staff, space and traffic flow, however, there are some similar equipment in the athletic training room for every university. Conclusion: To achieve longer career for athletes, the equipment, consumables, space arrangement and staff trainings all serve the prevention, protection, treatment of sport injuries of athlete. So the athletic training room will become an important center for training athletic trainers. As the Sports Administration, Ministry of Education in Taiwan persistently promote the training programs for athletic trainers, more and more schools in Taiwan established their sport injury clinic, and some schools are planning to do so. This study may offer some helpful ideas for further sport injury clinic. |
