    摘要: 現今台灣的觀光發展已臻成熟,不論台灣與外國觀光客對於台灣文化創意產業的遊覽皆有濃厚的興趣,使得文創園區的旅遊人次日益增加。台灣的華山與松山文創園區遠近馳名,近年來有許多特別的展覽與演出欣賞也吸引了眾多觀眾前往遊憩,其中各項展出的行銷策略更是成功的關鍵,對於營運管理的重要性而言,前來文創園區的觀眾之滿意度是成功的指標,如何以良好的行銷思維增進滿意度亦是重要的課題。
    Today tourism development in Taiwan has matured, both Taiwanese and foreign tourists to visit Taiwan's cultural and creative industries Jie strong interest, so that the growing cultural and creative park tourist trips.
    Huashan with Songshan Cultural & Creative Park is renowned in Taiwan in recent years, there are many special exhibitions and performances also attracted many visitors enjoy access to recreation, where the exhibition is the key to a successful marketing strategy, the importance of the operational management and words, to the satisfaction of cultural and creative park visitors of the indicators of success, how to enhance good marketing thinking satisfaction is also an important issue.
    Experience marketing strategy this study two of the cultural and creative park can produce satisfaction for the audience as a spindle study and compare the relationship between the two marketing experience and satisfaction of cultural and creative park if differ. Approach to the study orientation questionnaire, to be distributed 250 questionnaires each as a means of data collection, statistical analysis and then to verify the hypothesis, conclusions and recommendations can be expected to be helpful to China's cultural and creative industries.
