摘要:	本研究旨在呈現研究者的親子關係及家庭經驗以及這些經驗所帶來的影響。研究者以自我揭露方式，重新回溯過去與患有重鬱症的母親相處點滴，與後來結婚生子及踏上療癒之路的歷程，為了讓同樣受困於母親憂鬱的子女更了解自身處境，本研究也意圖針對母親的憂鬱、母女關係及研究者自身的療癒經驗進行討論。本研究以質性研究自我敘說的方式，採用縱向時間序列進行敘述；研究者自身即是研究對象，敘述研究者自幼與患有重鬱症母親的相處以及家中的氛圍，一直到近年至文大心輔所學習與憂鬱母親共處以及自我療癒的生命經驗，中間歷經了喪父、結婚、生子等人生重要里程。本研究針對母親的憂鬱、女兒的困境以及心理資源等三部份進行討論，其內容為：(一) 愛恨交織成桎梏，心牆盡阻自由路，(二) 代間持續遞創傷，子成憂鬱候選人，(三) 情緒經驗再學習，逃離窠臼尋解藥。總和研究結果與討論後，本研究作出以下結論：(一) 分化議題與母親憂鬱交互影響，(二) 女兒成年離家之後仍深受母親情緒牽絆，(三) 因情緒與情感衝突陷入困惑與停滯，(四) 父親的保護、社會支持與心理知識是療癒關鍵。本研究亦針對心理相關專業領域作出實務上的建議。 This study aims to presenting parent-child relationship and family experiences as well as how those experiences influence life through self-narrative approach. The researcher looked back her own life and recalling the old days along with her major depressed mother, described how did she get married and give birth to her son, and the process of studying psychology to cure herself. The study made the following conclusions: 1. Maternal depression interacts with differentiation issues and makes mother-child relationship worse. 2. Daughter’s still under mother’s spell even got married and left home. 3. The inner emotional and affective conflicts drag daughter into confusion and stagnation. 4. The protection from father, social support, and psychological knowledge are the keys of cure.
