近年來企業環境改變,以及全球化的多元競爭,領導模式也由主管的觀點逐漸變成向「員工轉」的觀點,並顧及員工的心理層面來激勵員工成長。
本研究旨在探討台灣地區從業員工在員工認知管理教練技能、工作滿足感與正向心理資本之間的關聯性,並以台灣地區員工做為研究對象,採便利抽樣的問卷調查方式,總計發出問卷272份,實際回收問卷250份,其中網路部分共計111份,實體紙本部分共計139份,有效回收率91.9%。
研究結果發現,員工認知管理教練技能、正向心理資本與工作滿足感彼此間具有顯著正相關;正向心理資本在員工認知管理教練技能與工作滿足感間具有部分中介效果。透過研究成果期待能提供各大企業組織對於員工管理方式的典範,並讓管理人員了解如何帶領員工,以增進員工滿足感,進而達成企業組織之終極目標。
In recent years, the corporate environment has changed and the time of global competition has come. Companies’ leadership model also changed from the perspective of manager to return to the employee. And employee’s mental level is considered by companies in order to inspire their staff.
The purpose of the thesis is to investigate the relationship among employees’ managerial coaching skill, positive psychology capital and job satisfaction of the staff practitioners in Taiwan region. This study is used employees in Taiwan as subjects by doing questionnaire survey. Those subjects were recruited by convenience sampling. A total of 272 questionnaires were sent out to subjects, and 250 questionnaires were actually collected, including a total of 111 questionnaires from the internet and a total of 139 questionnaires from papers, with a recovery rate of 91.9%.
Study shows that there are positive correlation relationships among employees’ managerial coaching skill, positive psychology capital and job satisfaction; the positive psychology capital is partially mediated the effects of employees’ staff managerial coaching skill and job satisfaction. We look forward to providing the organizations for staff management model through the research, and help managers to know how to lead their employees and improve the satisfaction of employee, and then achieve the goal of enterprises.
