摘要:	本研究目的旨在透過實證研究探討微風運河風帆運動參與者的休閒偏好、休閒阻礙與休閒參與之關係。採便利抽樣進行問卷發放，總計發放322份正式問券，問券以SPSS進行分析，包括敘述性統計、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費Scheffe事後檢定與相關分析，歸納其研究結果包括其休閒偏好以溯溪、游泳與風浪板為前三名，休閒阻礙以政府沒有補助、沒有時間、個人裝備不足為前三名，在不同年齡層上對休閒偏好是具有顯著性差異的，在休閒參與上除了教育程度與婚姻狀態外幾乎所有背景變數均有顯著差異，休閒偏好對休閒阻礙未有顯著之相關性，休閒阻礙對休閒參與未有顯著之相關性。建議包括於中學運動教育課程中加入水上活動之正式課程、於上班族女性加強推廣課程宣導、於各大停車場配合擺放推廣風帆船體驗之DM。 This study aims to explore the relationships among leisure preference, leisure con-straints and leisure participation of windsurfing participants in Wei-Fong cannel. Us-ing convenience sampling questionnaire to conduct research. A total of 322 valid questionnaires had been sampled. Descreptive statistics, reliability analysis, inde-pendent student t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze these collected data. The results show that the first, second, and third most preferred leisure water sports were river tracking, swimming and windsurfing, and the first, second, and third leisure constrains of water sports were without govemental support, being lack of time, insufficient personal equipment. There were significant difference on leisure preferences among various age groups. There were sig-nificant differences on leisure participation among various demographic variables except education and marriage. No significant correlation between leisure preferences and leisure constraints. No significant correlation between leisure constraints and leisure participation. Three recommendations had been given including to contain water sports' education into high school's physical education, to promote windsurfing to fe-male salarymen, and to distribute winsurfing DM at parking lots.
