研究調查指出工作價值觀對於導遊、領隊工作滿意度的影響,在目前經濟景氣低落的職場中,導遊、領隊常為了保有工作而勉強自己在身體不適的狀況下繼續工作,此勉強出勤的現象值得旅遊業重視與討論。本研究以問卷調查的方式,蒐集導遊、領隊對於工作價值觀、工作滿意度與勉強出勤之間的意見。資料分析後,研究結果顯示工作價值觀和工作滿意度兩者有正向的關係;工作價值觀和勉強出勤兩者有正向的關係。此外,工作滿意度和勉強出勤具有負向關係。本研究依據研究結果進行討論,並提出未來研究上之建議。
The paper point out that the work value effects on the job satis-faction of tour guides and tour leaders. Because of the current eco-nomic depression, tour guides and tour leaders often force themselves to continue working in order to keep their jobs though they feel physically uncomfortable. This phenomenon of the presenteeism is worthy of tourism industry's attentions and discussions. In this study, the questionnaires answered by tour guides and tour leaders show the relationship between the presenteeism and the work value as well as between the presenteeism and the job satisfaction. After data analysis is done, the results of the study show that the work value and the job satisfaction have a positive relationship, and so do the work value and the presenteeism. Conversely, the job satisfaction and the presenteeism have a negative relationship. The discussions in this study are based on the results of researches, giving recommendations on future researches.
