Abstract:	在教育改革浪潮衝擊下，教師團體與家長團體參與校務的熱力澎湃，權責不清，衝突爭執屢見不鮮，學校行政人員身處其間，猶如夾心餅乾，窮於應付，身心俱疲，行政工作乏人問津，影響學校行政正常運作，成為學校教育朝向「卓越、創新、與精緻」發展的一大隱憂。本文試圖釐清領導的概念，並介紹卓越領導的新趨勢，期盼學校行政工作者能夠不畏艱難險阻，堅定領導的信念，以正確的教育價值觀念撥亂反正，有技巧的發揮學校行政的領導功能，引導全校師生努力實踐教育理想與遠景，並且願意真心誠意付出心力，有效的服務教師與學生，支援教學工作與學習活動，共創學校教育的榮景。
