| 摘要: | The most urgent and greatest challenge of the Bureau's contract pharmacies is trying to cope with implementing the separation of pharmacy and medical practices. It is not easy for contract pharmacies to select and prepare the appropriate medications needed for separate pharmacy and medical practices from the 26,936 pharmaceutical items used by the Bureau of National Health Insurance. To help push forward a smooth separation of pharmacy and medical practices, offering reliable reference material for pharmaceutical stock to the Bureau's contract pharmacies is of great worth, since it is impossible to sort out any highly reliable material as reference for stocking the Bureau's contract pharmacies from the abbreviated claims form declaration files currently used by the health Bureau. Therefore, in beginning to address the pharmaceutical usage of Taiwan clinics and district hospitals, this research was directed at a proper accounting of the oral solid dosage pharmaceutical product usage at the clinics and district hospitals, using the generic name of the medication as the standard basis of calculating. Clinics and district hospitals had a total of 4,572 medications used, based on a calculated total of 1,901 generic named medications used. This research ranks 364 highly consumed pharmaceutical products. Based on the usage quantities, it is offered for reference in stocking community pharmacies. The research shows that the three most widely used oral solid dosage preparations are acetaminophen 500 mg, FinaTM, and chlormezanone 100 mg. |
