Abstract:	災害所帶來的損害是無法預期的，唯有提升全民的防災意識再配合政府的各項防災措施，其效果才可顯著。故如何提高全民對於防災的意識便是相當有意思的課題。自民國98年，政府推動「災害防救深耕五年中程計畫」，由鄉鎮市公所協助各社區製作社區災地圖。透過與專家學者的討論，讓社區居民了解生活周遭的災害潛勢，並由在地居民親自的參與社區防災地圖的製作，讓防救災意識深耕於社區居民之中。社區防災地圖由專家學者將艱難的知識透過簡單易懂的方式傳達給在地居民，而在地居民則回饋屬於當地的災害潛勢，藉由這良好的互動所建立的防災地圖，具有在地化的特性。
