    Title: 雙層不銹鋼針織物護幕對電磁波吸收效益研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要利用不銹鋼混紡紗編織成針織結構為基礎,以疊層不銹鋼電磁波吸收護幕,探討不銹鋼混紡紗對電磁波吸收效益影響。其目的為利用網狀立體結構與疊層厚度增加的特性,使電磁波吸收效益增加。由實驗結果得知,以不銹鋼混紡紗所製成的吸收體護幕,本研究利用5%不銹鋼混紡紗、10%不銹鋼混紡紗、20%不銹鋼混紡紗、100%不銹鋼混紡紗,將其疊層並且控制針圈密度、電磁波入射於織物之旋轉角度,加以探討雙層針織結構護幕對電磁波體吸收的影響。在疊層100%不銹鋼針織護幕匹配20號針圈規格對電磁波吸收體效果可達到40dB。

    In this study, the main purpose is analyzing the absorbance of electromagnetic wave. The double layers have three dimensional effect structure and fluffy, and the angle of direction would influence the performance of electromagnetic absorption. The yarn with different composition, with 5%, 10%, 20%, 100%, knitted to form a sheet as a screen of monolayer electromagnetic absorbers. The results showed the performance of double layer-sheet is much more than monolayer sheet. And the high absorbance of electromagnetic wave is 40dB.
