摘要: | 本研究主要是以碳纖維複合針織物來製作電磁波吸收護幕,除了利用針織結構的蓬鬆、3D立體特性外,主要是將織物加以疊層來觀察其電磁波吸收效果,且利用針圈規格、旋轉角度匹配的不同,測試其吸收效果。在經由實驗數據分析後我們可找出碳纖維在匹配12號針圈規格時可達到最佳吸收值31dB,而經聚丙烯纖維包燒加工後的碳纖維在匹配20號針圈規格時可達到最佳35dB的吸收值。無論材料為何種規格,在比較N6K、N12K或Y6KP、Y12KP之碳纖維時,其吸收值都沒有較大差異。
This study is used carbon fiber that compound knitting fabric to make electromagnetic wave absorption curtain, except to use the knitting structure of the three-dimensional and fluffy characters. The mainly is performs the fabric to fold the fabric to observe electromagnetic wave absorption effectiveness, and use the different combination of needle circle specification and degrees rotation to examine electromagnetic wave absorption effectiveness. After analyze experiment statisics, we can find out the best absorption value of 31dB at carbon fiber composing the 12th needle circle specification, and carbon fiber is rolled by polypropylene fiber can achieve its absorption values of 35dB when compose 20th needle circle specification after extra work. Regardless of a material what kind of specification, the absorption values is no biggish difference when N6K compare to N12K or Y6KP compare to Y12KP. |
