本研究主要利用不銹鋼混紡紗以針織結構為基礎,將其編織成針織結構其目的作為優化電磁波吸收體之表面護幕和間隔護幕已達到吸收體阻抗匹配效果。由實驗結果得知以不銹鋼混紡紗所製作的吸收體護幕對電磁波吸收體效果具有頻寬化優異特性,電磁波吸收效果可達30dB以上(99.9%)。本研究利用5%不銹鋼混紡紗、10%不銹鋼混紡紗、20%不銹鋼混紡紗、100%不銹鋼混紡紗,且控制針圈規格、電磁波入射於織物之角度,加以探討針織結構護幕對電磁波體吸收的影響。
The research is used steel stainless blended yams in the structure of knitted fabrics for designing electromagnetic wave absorbing screen. to improve absorbing screen by impedance match. In the study by experiment, the result of electromagnetic absorption effectiveness can reached 30dB(99.9%). The 5% steel stainless-95% polyester blended yams, 10% steel stainless-90% polyester blended yams, 20% steel stainless-80% polyester blended yams and 100% steel stainless blended yams, the different effectiveness yams, the angle of samples' direction would influence of attenuation effect.
