摘要: | 本實驗係將不同添加量之紫外線吸收劑及TiO2加工於超高分子量聚乙烯抗彈材料(Spectra Shield),用以提升Spectra Shield之抗紫外線性能,探討其以不同添加量之紫外線吸收劑加工後,經紫外光照射後,探討抗彈材之抗彈性能、斷裂強力及應力應變曲線等機械性質之改變。由實驗結果得知,紫外線吸收劑及TiO2之添加量較多時其斷裂強力及抗彈性能會越好。
This experiment is to process the different addition of UV-Asorber and TiO2 into Spectra Shield to promote the anti-ultraviolet property. And then to discuss the bulletproof property strength and the S-S Curve after processing the different addition of UV-Asorber and TiO2. By this consequence of the experiment, we realized the more addition of UV-Asorber and TiO2 we add, the better the strength and the bulletproof property. |
