    Abstract: 臺灣地處亞熱帶地區,冬季受大陸冷氣團影響,而夏季受太平洋高壓影響,兩種不同類型天氣系統對臺灣地區造成不同天氣,又因中央山脈的關係,南北各地也同時出現不同天氣現象,且各地天氣之溫度、日照、風場均有其不同特性,而這些不必耗費經費且可再生的自然清潔能源,對環境保護據有絕對優勢,現更因石油與天然氣遭受政治與經濟不確定因素的影響,逐漸受到重視,並開始使用。 風能的利用在臺灣西部沿海之苗栗以及澎湖等地區,已經正式架設風力發電機並開始作業,而太陽能源的大量利用尚未見成效,未來應是極具潛力且值得開發的有效能源之一。 臺灣地區因受梅雨、颱風、秋霖、寒潮等不同天氣系統的影響,再加上錯綜複雜的地形因而各地產生不同的局部天氣現象,且使得各局部地區形成不同的日照時間,也影響太陽能源的利用,因此臺灣地區的日照量變化為本研究的重點。 本研究將臺灣地區分成東部、西部、高山、離島四個不同區域加以探討,研究發現臺灣地區日照量有空間及時間變化的特徵,而研究結果可對未來太陽能源的利用提供參考,以期有效提升清潔能源的利用及達成降低環境污染等問題。
    Taiwan is located in subtropics region, in winter it is encountered by continental cold mass, in summer it is encountered by subtropics high; in addition to mountain distribution, the weather of Taiwan is also very complex in different region. So the temperature, shine time, and wind field have also different feature in different region of Taiwan area. Because of the politic and economic reasons the nature resource of solar energy and wind power are more and more important. In this study we analysis the shine time distribution and time variation in Taiwan area that could benefit for the use of solar energy in the future.
