Abstract:	本研究主要在探討改變不同脫水劑對於膨脹型防火塗料其防火性之影響，調配防火塗料並塗於柳安合板上，使其板材具有防火性能，當選擇聚磷酸銨為脫水劑時，不論塗佈量200g/平方公尺、400 g/平方公尺、600 g/平方公尺、800 g/平方公尺，其LOI值、炭化層高度和塗膜附著性，比使用磷酸二氫銨、磷酸氫二銨為脫水劑時效果較為佳。 This study is about the effect of fire resistant of fire retardant paints by changing different dehydrates, to fire retardant paint and to above a Philippine mahogany board add special flame retardants. When dehydrates is ammonium polyphosphate which is better than monoammonium phosphate diammonium phosphate, whther the wet coating rate are 200g/m^2, 400g/m^2, 600g/m^2, 800g/m^2.
