In the experiment, the non-woven fabrics made in UHMWPE was soaked in pH11 NaOH、pH3 H2SO4、pH3 HCl solution three months. We get the samples' strength at break decrease 18%、20%、15%, and the elongation at break increase become 3.31%、3.40%、3.33% from original elongation at break 2.7%. And the samples soaked in pH11 NaOH solution, its' surface of fiber get vertical fissures course of swellinged and dried by heat, the surface of other fibers that soaked in pH3 H2SO4 and pH3 HCl solution, there are broken surface and nicks.
