    Abstract: 本研究旨在利用現有的儀器建立一最氣喘病人之吐氣一氧化氮濃度的測量方法,吐氣一氧化氮的濃度是以吐氣受限之線上(on-line restricted exhaled breath)的測量方法,利用化學放光法則量儀器來測57位健康個體(對照組)及82任已證實有氣喘且經多年藥物治療的病人(病例組),對照組的吐氣一氧化氮濃度平均值為16.4±6.7ppb。病例組一氧化氮濃度在基準平均值為32.1±27.6ppb,在支氣管擴張劑吸入後的平均值為30.3±11.4ppb。病例組的吐氣一氧化氮濃度顯著比對照組來得高(p<0.05),其在支氣管擴張劑吸入前後的差異值和所有肺功能參數,性別、年齡、疾病嚴重度比較,皆無統計學上顯著的意義(p>0.05。)結果顯示吐氣一氧化氮濃度在氣喘病人較健康個體為高,以類固醇治療可降低其吐氣一氧化氮濃度。吐氣一氧化氮濃度受支氣管擴張劑的使用之影響有限。因此吐氣一氧化氮濃度的測量可以成為一項非侵襲性的氣道發炎的指標。
