    Abstract: 以現今的網版印刷產業來說,其乾燥的方法不外乎是自然蔭乾法和熱風乾燥法與UV紫外線乾燥。本研究是著重在將熱風乾燥法加以改良,並加入新的科技—遠紅外線加熱乾燥法,期使以不影響被印材的物性和改善印刷品質為前提,節省時間、能源和提高生產效率為首要關鍵條件。 本研究針對紅外線輻射應用在PC材質乾燥的效用與特性進行實驗,並對於乾燥設備進行改良測試,將原有紅外線熱風狹縫乾燥箱(劉弘仁,2000)的發熱燈管型改成發熱面板型,再將承載之輥輪改成輸送帶裝置,它是以玻璃纖維網鍍鐵氟龍製成之履帶狀載具,藉以增加耐熱度和承載立體物體,應用在現今的網版印刷產業中,以符合前現今產業之特殊要求。
    In screen print industry, the dry method includes three methods: Nature dry, Hot Wind dry (HW) and Ultra Violet cure dry (UV). The key point in this research is to improve the Hot Wind dry and add new technology (Far Infrared radiation heating technology) to be a better dry machine. It will not influence the print material conditions and improve the print quality. It also can save time, energy, advance production line speed and achieve quality performance. The far infrared and hot wind is the importance dry way in this experiment. We want to find out the Fir and Hot Wind method the difference place to dry PC print material. By changing some part of now industry machine to do it. For example: heat ring tube into flat plate, roller into conveyor (it is used by Teflon coated on glass fiber conveyor system)…ext.
