    Abstract: 本研究是採用克維拉纖維與針葉樹漂白牛皮紙漿板以抄造20:80、50:50、70:30、100:0四種不同漿料配比的紙張製作積層板用原紙,再分別添加濃度1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的陰離子性的聚丙烯醯胺分散劑,經測其紙張之物性,並且利用顯微鏡觀察紙張中纖維的交織情形,找出其最佳的抄造條件。由實驗得知,漿料配比50:50所抄成的紙張有較佳的機械強度;而且分散劑濃度2.0%可使紙張有較佳的物理性質。

    In the study, Kevlar fiber and NBKP were used to mark up the composite laminate base paper by four ratio which are 20:80, 50:50, 70:30, 100:0, then add the 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0% of APAM into the paper, respectively. By testing the physical properties of paper and use microscope to watch the formation in fiber, to find the best conditions of marking paper. The results indicated that the Kevlar: NBKP is 50:50, have better machine strength, and the APAM is 2.0%, the base paper have better physical properties.
