    Abstract: 本研究係以紡織工業之廢布邊添加高強力Nylon紗為強化材,以不飽和聚酯樹脂為基材。以直接加撚的方法製成長條圓狀之複材鋼筋。藉由改變強化材之撚度與張力來探討複材鋼筋各方面之強力並與一般鋼筋做比較。

    The woven edge from textile industry is the strengthen material, and unsaturated polyester resin is the basic material in the study. To produce cylinder by woven edge and high performance nylon yarn with twisting to each other, and producing composites reinforcement was produced through the process of resin permeating, gelatin and heat designing, To inquire into each side of strength of composites reinforcement, the structure of strengthen material was changed to compare with normal reinforcement.
