The change on physical property of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polymer modified cement without water is mainly investigated in this article. The microstructure of traditional cement is often holey and has low flexural strength so glass fiber and unsaturated polymer is introduced into the cement to improve those shortcomings and to increase durability and water tightness. Water was replaced by the unsaturated polymer in this experiment in order to raise coherence and tensibility in compound material. Glass fiber is used to reinforce material for increasing toughness, flexural strength, and tensibility in unsaturated polymer modified concrete. The results indicate that the adding of glass fiber can promote the strength of compression, flexure, and tension but the workability and fluidity is getting worse. The coherence of unsaturated polymer is the prime reason for that.
