    Abstract: 本文主要利用田口式實驗計劃法來探討以不銹鋼織物對電磁遮蔽性質之影響。改變其不銹鋼的含量、織密、與疊層層數對電磁波的遮蔽效應。利用田口法中直角表設計進行實驗規劃,以S/N比分析測試數據,瞭解選定的各項可控因子對電磁遮蔽性能之影響趨勢,再藉由ANOVA分析計算各可控因子之顯著性,進而選出最佳因子水準的組合,最後並以驗證確認為最佳化設計。結果顯示:不銹鋼含量(20%),織物密度(910ends/in×80pick/in)與疊層層數(4層)之因子水準組合下,具有最佳的電磁波遮蔽效應,並擁有良好之再現性。

    The thesis is tried to explore of stainless stell woven fabric the electromagnetic cover Properties,changing the Stainless stell quantity,Woven Fabric density,laminated ply to investigate the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness by Taguchi method.is used to organizethe experiment ,then analyzing test data to understand the influence of the each type on control factors of electromagnetic cover Properties with the signal to noise ratio is estimated by analysis of variance .And the optimal factor level combination is chosen ,and the optimization design is verified by the optimal factor level combination is chosen ,and the optimization design is verified by verification experiment to be the best .The result indicated that the optimal factors of Stainless Steel quantity 20% ,woven fabric density(90end /in×80pick /in ),laminated ply to four tier, also has the best electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.
