Abstract:	本研究室以熱可塑型廢棄塑膠袋聚乙烯(PE)為基材，以聚酯纖維(PET)為捕強材，經混練、發泡、熱壓後成型製成發泡板，藉由發泡劑量、PET纖維長度、PET纖維含量，來探討發泡行為、密度、尺寸變化、抗彎強度之影響。由結果顯示最佳成型條件為，發泡劑量2.4公克、補強材長度2.5公分，PET纖維含量在20%。
