    Abstract: 本論文主要的目的在所需的實驗最少以及最低的成本之考量下,以田口 式實驗計劃法探討難燃複合材料性能參數之影響,利用「田口法」中直交表 設計做實驗規劃'依測試標準ASTM D2863限氧指數、ASTM E662發煙量及ASTM D3029-84衝擊強力等對PEIPET難燃廢纖板做測試,再將所得的數 據進行信號雜音比分析以暸解所選定的各項可控因子對難燃性能影響趨勢, 並以變異數分析探討各可控因子的貢獻率,選出最佳因子水準的組合,最後 並以詗證實驗確認為最佳化PE/PET難燃廢纖板。
