    Title: 廢Kevlar纖維製銅箔積層板原紙之研究

    Abstract: 本研究餘採用廢Kevlar纖維與NBKP紙漿以製作成積層板用原紙。首先抄造50 : 50、70 : 30、90 : 10三種不同配比的原紙,並添加三種不同含量的分散劑。經由抗張強度、頂破強度、透氣度及平滑度 等各種物性比較,以求得最適當抄造條件的積層板原紙;再利用電子顯微鏡來觀察原紙的表面結構型態,以利於日後的研究與改善。由實 驗得知,以50 : 50的比例所抄造的原紙,具有較佳的物理強度。
