    Abstract: 本研究係採用PET廢纖維為強化材，以熱可塑性PS為基材，添加偶合劑，依強化材和基材之不同比例，及偶合劑之不同添加量，經熱壓製成廢纖板，藉由成型條件的改變，探討複合材之機械性質和最佳成型條件。由實驗得知PET/PS最佳成型混合比例1/3，最佳偶合劑添加量10%。
