摘要:	在全球化文化創意與健康產業新舊交替時代裡，新世紀休閒、養生等樂活風潮，均在現代化的觀念變遷下，逐漸成熟。現代化健身運動，面對21世紀的挑戰，必須重新應對。各種傳統運動的現代形塑也必須調整，應用於現代社會所能接受的活動。現代人的靜態生活模式遽增，心血管及代謝症候群患者激增，尤其肥胖、心血管疾病、糖尿病、關節炎等嚴重患者無法行走或站立，需要合適的運動來改善身體。許多慢性患者即使不良於行，為了健康仍需要合適的運動，因此發展可站立或是坐在椅子上就能運動的「漢方有氧」健身操，具有一定的市場需求與產業創新的必要性。 During the transformation of culture originality and health industries around the world, new-age of leisure, healthy living, and lohas-life styles were gradually matured under the concept of modernization. Facing challenges of 21th century, modern fitness must be re-responded. All sorts of traditional exercises must be re-adjusted and applied to those which modern society can accept. Static life style has been dramatically increased in our modern life. Cardiovascular diseases and metabolic syndrome patients also have increased. Patients with severe obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and osteoarthritis have difficulties walking or standing. And an appropriate exercise is what they need to improve their body conditions. Many patients with chronic medical conditions have trouble to walk or move around. For their healthy purposes, an appropriate exercise has come out and been called ＂Oriental Bio-Synergy＂. This exercise is developed for standing and sitting position, and it has certain market demand and necessity of industrial innovation.
