運動傷害的發生經常因為熱身不足、肌力不足、肌力不平衡、過度訓練、場地設備、高難度的動作學習等原因產生,運動傷害也經常是優秀運動員錯失冠軍金盃的主要原因。運動傷害的預防有其不可忽視的價值,預防勝於治療,在針對運動專項主要動作肌群強化的同時,也應檢視主動肌群與拮抗肌群是否有失衡的情形。本文藉由文獻綜評方式進行研究分析,目的是了解肌力訓練對運動傷害預防的效益,期能提供教練與運動員做為訓練時參考。
Injuries from exercise often resulted from lack of warm-up, insufficient muscle build-up, un-appropriated muscle strength, over training, dysfunctional equipment, practicing on high-level skills, etc. Injuries are main cause to athletes who miss their goals in competition. The precaution to injuries is invaluable than post treatment. During the training of muscle groups subject to the use on exercise topics, examination of appropriated relationship between primary muscle groups and supportive muscle groups is of importance. This article is attributed by collaboration of research documents on comprehension the value of preventing exercise injuries by muscle training, to provide guidance to coaches and athletes during their training exercise.
