    Title: 金屬纖維梭織物與其補強熱可塑性複合材料電氣性質之研究

    Abstract: 本實驗使用銅及不鏽鋼金屬纖維為導電材料並做為緯紗,以熱可塑性聚酯(PET)纖維為基材,做為經紗。金屬纖維與聚酯纖維經由梭織打樣機製成金屬纖維梭織物,並改變金屬纖維梭織物的組織結構,與積層層數及角度,並變化金屬纖維織物的緯密以探討其對電磁波遮蔽效應。由實驗結果得知,以PET纖維與金屬纖維做經緯交織所製成的織物,其電磁波遮蔽效應與靜電電壓衰減值隨著織物密度之增加而增加,表面電阻係數亦隨積層層數的增加而降低,且其電阻係數範均在遮蔽材料的範圍內。
