    Title: 以廢棄大理石粉與廢棄PET纖維製複合石板之可行性研究

    Abstract: 本研究以廢棄大理石粉和廢棄眾酯纖維短纖為強化材,加上基材二聚氰氨樹脂,然後在固定厚度的模具下加壓進行高溫高壓熱處理,製成再生石板。 藉由石粉與眾酯維的比例與成型條件的改變,來探討複合材的機械、物理 性質及最佳成型條件。實驗結果得知,其最佳成型比例為石粉:聚酯纖維之 重量比為3:1 '成型壓力為120kgf/cm2 ,成型時間為25min '成型溫度為150° c。
