    摘要: 在此筆者針對查克.克羅斯的繪畫創作形式和針對亞洲照相寫實繪畫風格和技法所帶來的影響,做一仔細地探討。將查•克羅斯Chuck Close(1940-)自己的思想、喜好、及個人特質,以極具深厚的寫實技法和特殊構圖的表現手法創作出一種微觀的概念,畫面所呈現出的內容既精細又充滿了一股冷漠的氛圍,富有震撼力的作品影響了許多照相寫實藝術家。克羅斯利用噴槍達到沒有筆觸的效果,透過長時間一點點鉅細靡遺的描繪,使畫中人物的每一根髮絲、每一格毛孔、每一條細紋及臉部任何的組織紋理,表現的一覽無遺,這種需要長時間跟極大耐心的創作技法,對亞洲照相寫實藝術家的繪畫創作又帶來何種影響呢? 筆者從此論文就中尋找出一些創作元素,更進而研練、操作,藉以尋找出照相寫實主義創作元素及技法全論文共計六個章節,其要點分述如下:
    一、基本論述之研究
    第一章「緒論」:簡述專題之研究動機與目的,以及論文採用的研究方法、研究範圍與架構。
    二、主要的研究內容
    第二章介紹「照相寫實主義」(Photorealism)的起源及查克•克羅斯的創作風格與生平簡介,第三章則以亞洲照相寫實藝術家的創作風格來做分析與技法層面上的探討。
    三、研究成果之論述
    第四章「個人創作作品賞析」:筆者依據前面幾章的研究心得,作自我創作的實驗,並就個人的創作理念、主題、內容形式,逐一地介紹、分析。再接受了照相寫實主義與查克•克羅斯的繪畫創作之影響後,再以自我創作的系列作品,圖文並加以詮釋,表示出筆者的自我創作表現手法的運用及畫面架構。第五章「結論」:針對本次的研究心得,以及自我創作上的內省與期許,用以終結的評述。
    The writer would like to examine the influences of the form of Chuck Close’s paintings on the style and technique of photorealistic painting in Asia. Chuck Close (1940- ) creates a microscopic concept with his own thinking, preferences, and personalities with profound realistic skills and special composition in his paintings, which convey detailed contents and a strong indifferent atmosphere. His powerful works exert significant influences on photo-realistic painters. Using airbrush, Close is able to achieve effects without any traces of brushstrokes. Depicting the great details over a prolonged time, he animates each hair stand, each pore, each wrinkle, and the textures of the character’s face, rendering them completely visible. It requires much patience to create with such techniques. What are the likely influences of his techniques on photorealistic paintings in Asia? The writer intends to find out certain elements in this thesis to facilitate further study, practice, and operate in order to figure out the elements and techniques of photo-realism. This thesis falls into six chapters, delineated as follow.
    I Literature review (The study of basic theory)
    Chapter 1 “Introduction” exposes the motivation and purpose of this study and the research method and research scope and framework used in this thesis.
    II Scope of research (Major contents of this research)
    Chapter 2 discusses the origins of photorealism and the life and style of Chuck Close. Chapter 3 examines the photorealistic painters in Asia and analyzes their styles and techniques.
    III Research findings
    In Chapter 4 “Personal creative idea and explication of my works” attempts to experiment with the research findings derived in the previous chapters. My own creative ideas, themes, form, and contents are discussed and analyzed in depth. Influenced by Chuck Close’s paintings, I would like to discuss a series of my works done in new techniques and new styles, with illustrations to demonstrate the writer’s expression means and composition in my new works. Chapter 5 “Conclusion” presents my introspection and expectation of my creation done with the research findings to conclude this thesis.
