    題名: 遊戲治療對情緒障礙兒童之情緒行為表現成效探討
    The Effect of Play Therapy on Emotionally Disturbed Children’s Emotional and Behavioral Problems

    摘要: 本研究以台北市與桃園市兩所國小一、二年級的學生為研究參與者,透過班級導師推薦,經導師填寫之「情緒障礙量表」篩選出24位情緒障礙兒童參與研究,研究者以編碼抽籤方法,隨機分派至實驗組與控制組各12位兒童。本研究採用等組前後測實驗設計方法,實驗組兒童進行每週一次,每次40分鐘,共10次之兒童中心個別遊戲治療,在研究期間,控制組兒童則不接受任何諮商介入。
    本研究於遊戲治療前、後,針對研究參與者之導師實施「情緒障礙量表」、「行為與情緒評量表」與「六歲到十八歲兒童-教師報告表」;對研究參與者之家長實施「情緒障礙量表」、「行為與情緒評量表」以及「六歲到十八歲兒童行為檢核表」,以SPSS統計軟體進行獨立樣本單因子共變數分析所得量表資料。
    本研究的主要發現如下:
    一、根據「情緒障礙量表」,兒童中心遊戲治療對情緒障礙兒童的情緒障礙情形具有顯著改善。
    二、根據導師填寫之「行為與情緒評量表」,兒童中心遊戲治療對情緒障礙兒童的情緒障礙情形具有顯著改善;在家長填寫之「行為與情緒評量表」,兒童中心遊戲治療對情緒障礙兒童的情緒障礙情形未呈現顯著差異。
    三、根據「六歲到十八歲兒童行為檢核表」與「六歲到十八歲兒童-教師報告表」,兒童中心個別遊戲治療對情緒障礙兒童的情緒行為表現具有顯著改善
    最後,根據本研究結果提出建議,以供國小輔導實務工作與未來研究者之參考。
    The current study recruited twenty four 1st-grade and 2ed-grade (7-9-year-olds) at elementary schools in Taipei and Taoyuan city. The participants were referred from their teachers because of the emotional disturbance. Research participants were randomly assiguned to experimental group (n=12) and control group (n=12). The present study used pretest-posttest experimental design. Participants in the experimental group received child-centered play therapy once a week for 10 weeks, while participants in the control group did not receive any intervention.
    Both groups were administered by four questionnaires including Scale for Assessing Emotional Disturbance, Behavioral and Emotional Rating Scale, Child Behavior Checklist For Ages 6-18 (CBCL), and Teacher’s Report Form For Ages 6-18 (TRF) in the prior and after receiving child-centered play treatment. All data was analyzed by the analysis of covariance model (ANCOVA).
    The main results of the current study were:
    1.According to the Scale for Assessing Emotional Disturbance, child-centered play therapy significantly decreased emotional disorder among emotional disturbance children.
    2.According to the Behavioral and Emotional Rating Scale filled by teacher, child-centered play therapy significantly decreased emotional disorder among emotional disturbance children, but did not show significantly improvement in the Behavioral and Emotional Rating Scale filled by parents.
    3.According to the Child Behavior Checklist for Ages 6-18 (CBCL), and Teacher’s Report Form for Ages 6-18 (TRF), child-centered play therapy significantly decreased emotional and behavioral problems among emotional disturbance children.
    Based on the results of the study, the author provided suggestions for school counselors as well as further researchers.
