Abstract:	This research intends to examine the factors affecting profitability of mining companies in Mongolia by using regression analysis that consist of 28 companies that listed in Mongolian stock exchange in duration of 2010 until 2013 as 4 years of observation. The scope of the paper includes the factors determine mining company profitability, creating an econometric model and conducting analysis of influence of determining internal factors. The statistical technique used is multiple regressions. The relationship between Return on Asset and Asset Turn Over, Debt ratio, Gross Margin Return on Inventory ratio were highly correlated and considered to be highly influencing factor to find out profitability of selected mining companies in Mongolia. Findings illustrate that a significant impact on the profitability increasing exerted the actions of lowering the all operating expenses such as Administrative Expenses Ratio, Non-Operating Expense ratio. Companies need to more concentrate and increase ratio of Asset Turn Over, Debt Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Financial Leverage Ratio, Inventory Turnover, Cash Asset Ratio to profitability of selected 28 mining companies in Mongolia for better more of the company.
