    題名: 特色旅館環境美學的視覺感知、美感反應和住宿意願之關聯性研究

    摘要: 本研究為探討特色旅館環境美學的視覺感知、美感反應和住宿意願之關係,透過實證探討以下研究目的:1. 了解特色旅館環境美學的視覺感知和美感反應之關聯性。2. 了解消費者對於特色旅館美感反應和住宿意願之關聯性。3. 了解消費者對於特色旅館環境美學的視覺感知、美感反應和住宿意願之關聯性。4. 了解不同的人口統計變數其對於特色旅館環境美學的視覺感知的差異性,及其對美感反應和住宿意願的影響。
    本研究是採便利抽樣方法(convenience sampling methods),本研究施測對象為一般大眾,但為使抽樣對象更為客觀,特別委託台北市大型教會如靈糧堂,懷恩堂及長老教會系統,在各教堂於聚會後發放並進行資料收集。本研究共回收有效問卷為452 份,回收率為 97%,並以結構方程模式分析(Structure Equation Modeling, SEM)和路徑分析(Path Analysis)檢測本研究假設。
    實證結果發現,美感反應與視覺感知,及美感反應與住宿意願知皆具有良好的正向顯著預測力,惟環境美學的視覺偏好無法直接對於住宿意願產生顯著之影響,住宿意願在環境美學的視覺偏好之間的主要關係須透過美感反應的機制,才能呈現出明顯的正向效果演中中介角色。
    This study is to explore the characteristics of visual perception hostel en-vironmental aesthetics, the relationship between aesthetic response and will-ingness of accommodation through empirical explore the following research purposes: 1. to understand the features hotel environment aesthetic relevance of visual perception and aesthetic response. 2. Understand consumer aesthetic response characteristic hotel and accommodation willingness of relevance. 3. Understand consumer visual perception characteristics hostel environmental aesthetics, aesthetic relevance willingness of reaction and accommodations. 4. Understand the difference characteristic hotel environment for visual perception of aesthetics, and its impact on aesthetic response and willingness to stay different demographic variables.
    The present study was adopted convenient sampling methods (convenience sampling methods), this study Surveying target for the general public, but in order to make more objective sampling target, specially commissioned large church in Taipei as Ling Liang Church, Wynne Church and Presbyterian Church system, issuing and data collection in the church after the party. In this study, 452 valid questionnaires were collected, the recovery rate was 97%, and structural equation modeling analysis (Structure Equation Modeling, SEM) and path analysis (path analysis) detect this hypothesis.
    The empirical results found that reaction with the visual perception of beauty, and beauty are known to react with accommodation willingness to have a good positive significant predictive power, but environmental aesthetics of visual preference can not be a direct impact on significant willingness to stay, accommodation willingness aesthetics in the visual environment The main mechanism of the relationship between preference shall be through the beauty of the reaction to the positive effect of showing a clear role to play in mediation.
