摘要:	在休閒生活非常普及的今日，正有一群彈性工時的工作者不知如何運用自己工作以外的自由時間好好安排休閒生活以利身、心發展。本研究重點在於探討計程車司機休閒阻礙與滿意度之關聯性研究，採便利抽樣法，問卷共計發出 400 份，回收問卷 400份，資料回收後研究者逐題檢視，經剔除無效問卷後，有效問卷總計 364 份(91%)。以敘述性分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、相關分析、迴歸分析做統計處理有效問卷。經統計分析結果顯示：計程車司機休閒阻礙以「結構性阻礙」的阻礙程度最高，休閒阻礙的主要因素以沒有時間、金錢因素影響最大；在休閒滿意方面，各構面滿意度屬於中上，其中以「放鬆方面」的滿意程度最高，計程車司機參與休閒活動以讓自我身心健康、紓解壓力及放鬆心情為主要目的；不同背景的計程車司機休閒阻礙及休閒滿意達顯著差異。本研究建議：計程車司機可培養多元休閒技巧，養成從事規律休閒習慣，不僅可提昇健康適能，亦可以帶來身心健康、生活滿意及個人成長等方面之利益。 Leisure life is very popular today, is a group of flexitime workers do not know how to use their own free time outside of work to make arrangements to facilitate the leisure life of body, mind development. This study focused on exploring Taxi drivers association study of leisure and satisfaction hinder, the mining convenience sampling method, issued a total of 400 questionnaires were returned 400 questionnaires, data recovery after investigators review each question, after excluding invalid question-naires, the valid questionnaires Total 364 parts (91%). In narrative analysis, reliabil-ity analysis, the number of single-factor analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), correlation analysis, regression analysis for statistical process valid questionnaires. The statistical analysis showed that: a taxi driver to discourage casual "structural impediments" impede the highest level, the main factors to not impede leisure time, money, factors that affect the maximum; leisure satisfaction, the various facets satis-faction belong to the upper, which the highest level of satisfaction with "relaxation aspect" of taxi drivers involved in leisure activities to make themselves physical and mental health, relieve stress and relax as the main purpose; taxi drivers from different backgrounds and recreational leisure hinder satisfaction of significant differences. The present study suggests: taxi drivers pluralistic culture and leisure skills, lei-sure habits develop in the law, not only can improve health fitness, but also can bring health benefits, satisfaction with life, and other aspects of personal growth.
