    题名: 不同含水率之高強力聚酯梭織布經微波處理對其接觸角之研究

    摘要: 以甘油與聚四級銨作為本實驗的測試滴液,並且利用動態接觸角影像處理系統,擷取液滴在織物纖維上接觸角度的變化,分析改變水分量後以微波處理的布面對接觸角的影響。經由接觸角測試發現,隨著水分含量與微波照射處理能量的增加,織物對甘油以及聚四級銨滴液的吸附時間有明顯的縮短的趨勢。在微波能量490W與原布做比較可得知液滴吸附時間縮短了2.2秒,且以布重60%的水均勻噴附在布面,經微波能量490W微波處理,滴液吸附時間可以縮短4.4秒。

    In this experiment, used drips of glycerol and polyquatemium-7, and the dynamical contact angle image process system. Pick the drips’ differences of the contact angle on the fabric, and analyze after the different treated, Try to find out the influence of which came from the microwave with the contact angle. From the test of the contact angle we found as the amount of water and the amount of energy from the microwave increase, It is clear to show that the time has been cut short for the fabric to absorb the liquid of glycerol and polyquawrnium-7. And can know that the time has been saved 2.2 seconds for absorbing the liquid by comparing which in the microwave with 490W energy and the original cloth, and time can be saved 4.4 seconds if the water which with weight 60% sprays equally on the cloth with 490W energy with the microwave.
