    Title: PET/Nylon梭織物經微波照射處理對其接觸角之研究

    Abstract: 本研究係將PET/Nylon梭織物以不同微波能量處理,藉以提昇基布對藥劑的吸附能力,並利用連續性的影像處理系統,將擷取液體滴在梭織物上的畫面,藉由甘油、polyquaternium-7與PET/Nylon梭織物表面間的角度變化來探討其粘結性。在電子顯微鏡下可以發現微波能量愈大時,纖維形成凹陷及空孔的現象更趨明顯,其中又以490W60S與原布差異性最大。經由接觸角測試發現隨著微波能量的增加纖維對藥劑吸收速度會隨之增加,經490W 60秒的微波照射後,甘油對梭織物接觸角可由原布的43.8°降至32.6°,經490W 60秒的微波照射後,polyquaternium-7對梭織物接觸角可由原布的65.7°降至47.6°。經微波照射處理,微波能量490W處理時間60秒時,相較於未加助劑之基布,其成品之布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力分別提升了42.2%及38.5%。

    In this study, using CCD camera imaged system to take the picture of the liquid on the PET/Nylon fabric after Microwave irradiation and got a diagnosis of the contact angle. In this method take two different liquids, glycerol and polyquaternium-7 have the different contact angle on the surface of PET/Nylon fabric. The absorbed ability raise by microwave irradiation energy and replace to strength the combination of fabric and rubber. The result shows that fabric at microwave irradiate for 490W、time 60 (sec), between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can get the maximum value compare to the fabric without agent, the fabric of adhesion strength between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can raise 42.2% and 38.5%.
