本研究旨在建構居家式在宅托育服務檢核指標及其指標權重，依據文獻分析與訪談結果，初擬出建構居家式在宅托育服務檢核指標之初步架構，經由專家審題後完成模糊德菲問卷，委請12位模糊德菲專家進行指標內容篩選，最後再以層級分析法以建立居家式在宅托育服務檢核指標之相對權重。依據研究的發現與結果，本研究結論如下：
一、居家式在宅托育服務檢核指標系統包含二個層面、八個構面與六十三個指標細項。
二、居家式在宅托育服務檢核應重視「專業規範」與「托育能力」之均衡發展。
三、居家式在宅托育服務指標系統中，「職業倫理」是「專業規範」中最重要的之構面，「營養保健」是「托育能力」中為最重要之構面。
最後根據研究結果提出具體建議，作為居家式在宅托育服務與後續研究之參考。
The study aims to work out the inspection indicators for family childcare service and the weights of the indicators. Based on the literature analysis and interview results, it preliminarily builds the family childcare service inspection indicator system, which is reviewed by the experts to obtain the fuzzy Delphi questionnaire. Twelve fuzzy Delphi experts are invited to screen the indicator content. Then it uses AHP to build the related weights of family childcare service inspection indicators. According to the study findings and results, the study obtains the following conclusions：
I. The family childcare service inspection indicator system is composed of 2 layers, 8 dimensions and 63 sub items.
II. The family childcare service inspection should value the professional regulations and balanced development of childcare competency.
III. In the family childcare service indicator system, “Occupational Ethics” is the most important dimension in the professional regulations, and “Nutrition & Healthcare” is the most important dimension in the childcare competency.
Finally some specific suggestions are proposed based on the study results, which can service reference for the family childcare service and follow-up studies.
