    Title: The Study on Adhesive Effect of PET/Nylon Conveyer Belt Fabric Strengthen by Microwave Irradiation
    微波照射處理對PET/Nylon輸送帶基布粘結強力影響之研究

    Abstract: 本研究係將PET/Nylon輸送帶基布經微波照射處理,以提昇其對藥劑的吸附能力,藉以強化基布與橡膠之結合。結果顯示經微波照射處理後,在照射條件490W時間60秒處理下之基布,其結果顯示布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力達至最大,相較於未經微波及添加助劑之基布,其成品之布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力分別提升了42.2%、38.5%。

    The research using the PET/Nylon conveyer belt fabric through microwave irradiate to process raise the absorbed ability and replace to strength the combination of fabric and rubber. The result shows that fabric at microwave irradiate for 490W、time 60 (sec), between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can get the maximum value compare to the fabric without agent, the fabric of adhesion between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can raise 42.2% and 38.5%.
