Title:	運動國手生涯轉換歷程之研究 The Study of the Process of Career Transition for National Players

Abstract:	本研究旨在探討運動國手從運動生涯結束，轉換至非運動相關工作領域之生涯轉換歷程。本研究採質性研究之詮釋學方法，立意抽樣方式邀請四位研究對象接受二至三次的正式訪談，並透過半結構式的深度訪談，蒐集運動國手的退役轉職的歷程。其文本資料採用主題分析方式進行歸納與分析。本研究結果以四個部分呈現： 1.四位受訪者會結束運動生涯有其因素與考量，決定退出運動生涯後，將最後一場賽事當做告別作、自我對話與重心轉移等因應方式，相對心情複雜，難過、不捨、遺憾、滿足與了無遺憾等交錯著。 2.原計畫當老師或教練，實際接觸後進而思考與自身的適配性，在徬徨猶豫時因偶然際遇的因素，開啟了另一種生涯選擇。 3.全新生涯所面臨挑戰有，各領域的專業壓力、工作型態與自我衝擊等，受訪者們透過善用資源解決問題。 4.進入職場後，破除原視框進而視野拓展自我覺察與轉變，甚至對生涯轉換有了註解。最後，依據研究結果，針對體育相關系所、諮商與職涯中心相關單位，以及未來研究、政策與給現役選手等，五方面提供建議與參考。 The purpose for this study was discussing the transition experiences for the national players when they ended their sport careers and changed into non-sport relevant careers. This study adopted hermeneutics methods of qualitative research and four research objects invited by purposive sampling accepted two or three times formal interviews. Through out semi-structure and in-depth interviews to collect the national players’ transition experiences. The collected data were applied into induction and analysis followed by subject analysis. The study results were presented as four parts. 1. Four interviewees ended their sport careers had each own reasons and considerations. When they decided to drop out their sport careers, their reactions included taking their last competition as a final farewell exhibition、conversation to themselves and shifting their life gravity along with sad、reluctant、sorrow、satisfied、no regrets… interwoven and complicated moods. 2. Their original plans were to be a teacher or coach, however, they wondered the suitability to themselves after in real contacts. While the moment of walking back and forth, they opened another career choices due to the occasional turns in life. 3. The challenges they faced in new careers included expertise pressure in each own territory、working types and the strikes to their egos. Interviewees would solve problems by using their own sources well. 4. When into employment fields, they expanded their eyesight by breaking the original version frames、were aware personally and transformed, and they even got the notes for their transitions. Finally, based on the conclusions, this study provided suggestions and reference in five directions to related sports institution of colleges、related units about consulting and career developing、future researches、policies and current national players.
