Abstract:	本文主要是考察明代官方訊息的傳遞與發佈地點，並根據所屬事務性質不同，探討訊息發佈場所之間的差異性，以及反映在政令傳遞的實質效能。由於訊息的傳播過程，需考慮對接受者所產生影響，同時藉由訊息傳遞而產生理解程度與互動關係，因此官方機構所架構的傳播系統，無論是推行政令或宣揚規範，皆使民眾與官府、地方與中央產生聯繫互動的機制，有助於國家統治與行政管理。明代政府以各地方的政治中心為主軸，漸次向鄉村鄰里、商業地區、交通要道等處，散播延伸官方事務的訊息，不僅有效地傳達政令，更藉此形成全國性的訊息傳遞網絡；此外，對於訊息發佈場所的環境因素、載體材質等差異，亦會造成傳遞過程的變化，進而影響訊息傳遞的實質效能。
