摘要: | 本研究主要觀察黑色聚酯纖維在棉網上的MD(機械輸出方向)及CD(垂直輸出方向)方向之移形纖維實際長度,先校正影像測量軟體運算的準確度,再測出纖維實際長度,並探討針軋次數、針軋深度的變化對纖維實際長度的影響,以此纖維長度的變化探討對纖維排列角度的影響。實驗結果顯示,黑色聚酯纖維在CD方向一軋區中,針深12mm和14mm纖維長度分布在5.0 cm到4.4 cm間,針深16 mm分布在4.2 cm到3.9 cm間,而在二軋區纖維長度分布,都分布在4.0cm 到3.6cm,MD方向一札區中,針深12mm纖維長度分布在4.6cm到4.1cm間,針深14mm和16mm則分布在4.2cm到3.7cm間,而二軋區針深12mm纖維長度分布在4.2cm到3.8cm間,針深14mm和16mm分布在3.6cm到3.0cm間。
In this study, observing the true length that the black polyester fiber migrated in machine direction and cross direction of the cotton nonwoven web. Calibrate the measurement software, then use it to measure the true length of the fiber, and change the needle punching number of time, needle punching depth to fiber the influence of the actual length, arrange the influence of the angle to the fiber with the change study of this fiber length. The result shows that the black polyester fiber in one punching zone of CD direction, the deep of needle in 12mm and 14mm that the fiber lengths distribute at 5.0 to 4.4cm. Then the deep of needle in 16mm distributes at 4.2 to 3.9cm. In two punching zone of CD direction, the fiber lengths distribute at the 4.0 to 3.6cm. In one punching zone of the MD direction, the deep of needle in 12mm that the fiber lengths distribute at 4.6 to 4.1cm. Then the deep of needle in 14mm and 16mm distribute at 4.2cm to 3.7cm. The two punching zone of MD direction, the deep of needle in 12mm distribute at 4.2 to 3.8cm. Then the deep of needle in 14mm and 16mm distribute at 3.6 to 3.0cm. |
