    Title: 纖維經表面處理後以不同影像處理方法評估空孔面積之研究
    A Study on the Void Area of the Fibers Treated by the Various Image Treatments

    Abstract: 本研究係將纖維經表面處理後產生之空孔由電子顯微鏡擷取其斷面影像,經由不同對比與亮度去處理空孔影像,使得空孔邊界部分清晰,再以影像測量軟體測得空孔面積。在測量纖維空孔之前,先以實際圓孔由不同對比與亮度處理復的影像經測量軟體測得的面積與已知的面積比較,計算出理論與實際的誤差百分比在10%以內。之後以誤差百分比最低的三種不同對比與亮度處理後的影像去測量纖維孔洞面積,發現孔洞面積精確度可達微米範圍,且測得聚苯并噁唑纖維(PBO纖維)最大孔洞面積為0.1188196 μm^2,最小空孔面積為0.0016175 μm^2。而高強力聚酯纖維孔洞面積為5.6690271 μm^2,高強力尼龍纖維孔洞面積為1.7332084 μm^2。

    This study is to explore the void area with surface treatment of fiber. We observed the surface void of fiber by SEM, and changed five kinds of brightness and contract to make the border of void clearly, then picked up the best image to measure the void area. Before measuring the void area, we measured the area on an actual circular hole after five kinds of brightness and contract treatment to compare with the actual area. We can find that the erroneous percentage is under 10% and logarithmic is the lowest, so we measured the void area with logarithmic treatment. The results show that the dimensions of void is micron, and the biggest area of PBO fiber is 0.1188196 μm^2, the smallest is 0.0016175 μm^2. The area of high strength PET is 5.6690271 μm^2L and the area of high strength Nylon is 1.7332084 μm^2.
